Superb! Excellent. Daniel is extremely knowledgeable. I wanted to know about different areas and how each one would go up in value quicker also which area would be the most beneficial for my family. He had all the answers, I felt like part of his family. He was extremely easy to work with. All I had to do was pick out the property I wanted and he did the rest. Having sold all my prior homes myself I was a bit leary of trusting an agent to perform to my standards, but Daniel did an great job, worked diligently to help me in selling my home and in purchasing another one. He was responsive to my requests and had a lot of informative and valuable tips and ideas to help along the way. There are a lot of R/E agents out there who don't really have in depth knowledge of R/E laws and market changes and a few who are just lazy and don't really feel they need to work for their commission, but that is NOT the case with Daniel!
